Artwork Guidelines
Great prints start with great files. Here's exactly what to send us so your design comes out sharp, clean and with no surprise white boxes.
1Accepted files
PNG
Best for logos & artwork
Transparent background, full quality. This is what we want 9 times out of 10.
AI / vector
Best for vector logos
Adobe Illustrator, EPS or SVG. Scales to any size with zero blur — perfect for large prints.
JPEG
Okay for photos only
JPEGs can't have a transparent background, so they only work for full-photo prints with no cut-out.
All logos and cut-out designs need a transparent background. PNG is best for artwork; AI is best for vector logos.
2What "transparent background" means
When you open the file, the area around your logo should look like a grey-and-white checkerboard (or show whatever is behind it) — not a solid white square.
Good — transparent
The preview shows a grey checkerboard behind the logo. Only the artwork prints — no box around it.
Bad — white box
A white (or any solid) square appears around the logo. That square prints too and shows on the garment.
Screenshots & low-res images
Sent us a screenshot, a blurry image or a photo of an old shirt? We can try to clean it up, remove the background and sharpen it — but we can't guarantee the result, especially for small or very blurry files.
- Every cleaned-up file is sent to you for final approval before printing.
- Nothing prints without your OK. If you don't love the clean-up, we don't press it.

- PNG with a transparent background
- High resolution — 1000px wide or more
- AI / EPS / SVG vector file
- Sharp when you zoom in

- Screenshot with a white or coloured background
- Blurry or pixelated when zoomed in
- Tiny image — under 500px wide
- Photo of a shirt taken from far away
