Turnaround times, what files to send, and exactly what we do (and don't) print.

Turnaround & rush

How long does an order take?

Standard turnaround is 3 days for up to 5 shirts, counted from the moment you approve the artwork.

I need more than 5 shirts.

For orders larger than 5 we agree a delivery date with you before we start — message us with the quantity and we'll confirm.

Can I get it next day?Available this week

Next-day rush is available this week — tick 'Overnight rush' at checkout or ask us before you order.

What files do you accept?

PNG, JPEG and AI files with a transparent background. PNG is best for artwork; AI is best for vector logos.

I only have a screenshot.

We'll try to clean it up, but there's no guarantee — small or blurry screenshots may not print sharp.

Will you print without checking with me?

Never. All artwork is sent to you for final approval before printing. Nothing prints without your OK.

DTF printing

Tees, hoodies, caps and uniforms — full-colour transfers pressed onto your garments.

Sublimation for personalised gifts

Mugs, tumblers, keychains and other gift items only.

Sublimation tees

We do NOT do sublimation on t-shirts or apparel — all apparel is DTF.
